DDP: Import Duties and Fees breakdown request

If you have any questions about the customs duties or customs handling fees displayed on the Charge 2 payment page, or if you would like to check the breakdown, please follow the steps below and fill in the information according to the relevant items.

※ Please refrain from making the Charge 2 payment until your questions have been resolved. Please note that cancellation may not be possible after completing the Invoice 2 payment.

※ The breakdown will be provided in Japanese yen (JPY) only.

① Please tell us your customer ID number

② Please tell us the date/time that you checked the charge 2 payment form

③ Please provide a list of the order IDs included in the shipment

④ Please provide the value shown for "Import Duties and Fees "

To request an exact breakdown which matches the value you see, please provide a value in JPY. If unable to provide this, we will simply provide a breakdown based on the items provided.
